Due to the nature of our business — digital product development and mobile application services — all sales are considered final once a project has been initiated or a service has been delivered, either partially or fully. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will review each refund request on a case-by-case basis.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:

  • The service has not yet started.
  • The delivered product does not match the agreed specifications or scope of work.
  • There was a confirmed technical error or fault caused solely by our development process.
  • You cancel your order within 24 hours of payment and before any work has commenced.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after project start.
  • Delays caused by incomplete information or non-cooperation from the client.
  • Services already rendered or partially completed.
  • Third-party service costs (e.g., hosting, domain registration, app store fees).
  • Custom design or code work specifically tailored for you.

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Processing Refunds

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
